The Personal Finance curriculum provides students with a solid foundation in financial literacy. Students will engage in virtual reality and interactive videos designed to teach financial responsibility, decision-making, money management, and investing. In addition, the course covers credit, debt, risk management, insurance, strategies for becoming an informed consumer, and much more. Building on concepts and skills throughout their school years will prepare high school graduates to successfully navigate the financial challenges of our fast-paced economy, developing their confidence that will empower them to make wise financial choices. Upon completion of this course, students will be better prepared for the NOCTI Personal Finance Foundations certification exam.
